We arrive early, scout your venue and surrounding landscape in person, build redundancy into our gear and travel plans, and stay through the entire weekend — rehearsal dinner, welcome party, ceremony, reception, and post-wedding brunch if you're hosting one. The result is a much richer story than a single day's coverage could ever provide.

Travel Within 100 Miles of Seattle — Included

Anything within 100 miles of downtown Seattle is included in our standard packages with no travel fee. That covers Snoqualmie, Mount Rainier (most access points), Leavenworth, the Skagit Valley, Whidbey Island, Hood Canal, and most of the Olympic Peninsula day-trip destinations.

100-300 Miles — Flat Travel Fee

For destinations like the San Juan Islands (ferry included), Lake Chelan, Methow Valley, Bend, the Oregon coast, and North Idaho, we charge a flat travel fee of $400-$800 depending on distance. This covers fuel, ferries, one or two nights of lodging for our team, and the additional time on the road.

300+ Miles or Multi-Day Coverage — Custom Quote

For destination weddings further afield in the PNW, or for full weekend coverage including welcome parties and farewell brunches, we put together a custom quote that covers travel, lodging for our team, and the expanded coverage hours. Most full-weekend PNW destination weddings land between $5,500 and $9,500 all-in.
